Dr. Ron KeelingOptometrist
A graduate of Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Dr. Keeling attended Missouri State University and earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1987. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Missouri Optometric Association and the Greater Ozarks Optometric Society. Dr. Keeling is a former leader in Boy Scouts of America, is married, the father of two sons and has practiced in Springfield since 1987.
Dr. Bary BrownOptometrist
Dr. Brown received his Doctorate of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He practiced in Fremont, Nebraska before moving to Springfield in 1977. Dr. Brown served on the board of trustees of the Missouri Optometric Association for ten years and is past president. He also has been a long time board member of the Arc of the Ozarks and was chairman for four years. He has served as past President of Springfield’s Best Locally-Owned Companies. He has also served on the professional advisory board of the Missouri Association of Children with Learning Disabilities and is a past chairman. He has served on the board of his Kiwanis Club and as deacon at First and Calvary Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Kathy, have a son, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
Dr. Chris BoschenOptometrist
A native of Springfield and a 2003 graduate of Hillcrest High School, Dr. Boschen received his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri in 2007. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Boschen received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He then completed a year-long Primary Care Residency at the VAMC Outpatient Clinic in Mt. Vernon, MO before joining Sunshine Eye Clinic in 2012. Dr. Boschen is a member of the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry, the Missouri Optometric Association, and the Greater Ozarks Optometric Society.
Dr. Boschen enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley and their 3 boys and are active members at High Street Baptist Church. Dr. Boschen is an avid golfer and Missouri Tigers fan.
Dr. Wesley RushingOptometrist
Dr. Rushing is a Missouri native and a 2015 graduate of Seymour High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Missouri State University in 2019 and his Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2023. Dr. Rushing is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Missouri Optometric Association.
Dr. Rushing enjoys family time with his wife, Madison, and their new baby girl, Natalie. They are members of First Baptist Church of Springfield. Dr. Rushing enjoys Cardinals baseball, camping, and biking
